Terms, Rates & Delivery Policies
We
provide free setup and delivery in the Greater Daytona
Beach area on orders greater than $400.00.
My Kidz Room ships only to physical addresses. We do not
ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. addresses.
Shipping charges are based on the the actual freight
carrier charges. we do not add handling charges for
orders over $100.00. Shipping instructions and charges will be quoted to you
via e-mail or telephone.
Cancellation Policy
Prior to shipment, no charges for cancellation are applied for in-stock items. Special order
items may require a 30% restocking fee. After shipment, charges will include outbound freight
charges. Refund balances will be applied immediately or after shipped goods are received.
Out-of-Stock Policy
We
make every effort to keep a sufficient supply of our
in-stock items; however, due to the overwhelming
popularity of some of our products, we do occasionally
sell out of an item. If an item that is included on your
order is out-of-stock, we will e-mail you and advise you
of when we expect the item to be available. We’ll offer
you the option of having your in-stock items shipped
right away, or holding your order until the in-stock
item becomes available.
